A short walk from the train station with regular services into Plymouth meander along the banks of the River Tamar taking in some of the estuary scenes popular with all ages. Plymouth offers a wealth of restaurants shops and pubs as well as an array of activities for young and old alike to enjoy from the Theatre Royal National Marine Aquarium The Eden Project and the historic Hoe to name but a few. The historic town of Tavistock with its independent shops and ancient pannier markets is 7 miles away. Within easy reach to both the coast and moorland the property can be used as a great base for touring the whole of this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
