COSY COTTAGE IN THE HEART OF ONE OF CORNWALL S MOST PICTURESQUE VILLAGES REGRET NOT SUITABLE FOR BABIES OR CHILDREN This lovely three storey cottage nestles in the centre of the charming fishing village of Mousehole one of Cornwall s hidden gems famous for its Christmas lights with views from the harbour across Mount s Bay to St Michael s Mount. The village fishing heritage dates back to 1266 and the tightly knitted streets and lanes are full of local Lamorna granite built cottages. Mousehole was also believed to have been the home of the last person to speak only Cornish and her house is marked with a plaque. Perfect for a stroll to a host of pubs and restaurants or use the property as a base for touring Cornwall with beaches and sheltered coves some fantastic walking as well as attractions which include Lands End Flambards Theme Park numerous National Trust properties and Gardens and the Minack Theatre at Porthcurno. The accommodation is arranged over three floors and offers ONE bedroom: double with en-suite shower room WC and views over the roof tops to the sea beyond. Separate WC off the lounge. Lounge: with TV DVD iPod docking station and hi-fi. Kitchen/diner: with cooker fridge with ice box washer/dryer microwave and many useful extras. Amenities: pay and display car park close to the cottage as parking in the village is very limited. Bed linen towels electric and night storage heating included. Regret no smoking within the property and no pets. Additional info: this property is not suitable for babies small children or people requiring increased accessibility. Location: beach shops and pubs all walking distance.
