They are furnished to a high standard and are perfectly positioned to provide easy access to Exmoor and the wonderful sandy beaches of Saunton Croyde Woolacombe and Westward Ho! with the dramatic coastline of North Devon including picturesque villages such as Clovelly Lynton Lynmouth Porlock and the larger towns of Barnstaple with its theatre cinema clubs and shops and Bideford with an attractive water front and the very popular Burton Gallery Arts Centre. Situated 1 mile from the centre of the market town of South Molton where two markets are held in the historic pannier market each week. There is a supermarket and numerous pubs and restaurants within or close by the town.
