SITUATED ON THE EDGE OF EXMOOR NATIONAL PARK This comfortable accommodation is 1 of 9 barn conversions surrounded by glorious countryside and far-reaching views. It is a perfect retreat for those seeking a countryside getaway with easy access to Exmoor with its dramatic scenery and magnificent footpaths and bridleways. You are within easy reach of Dulverton which is well worth a visit and has many good places to eat as well as some interesting and varied shops. There are a host of country pursuits within easy reach including walking fly and sea fishing pony trekking game and clay pigeon shooting bird watching and mountain biking. There are golf courses at Tiverton and Minehead and there are a number of award-winning beaches on the North Coast. The attached accommodation is situated all on one floor and offers ONE double bedroom with en-suite shower room and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: open-plan with high ceilings and exposed beams woodburner effect electric fire TV DVD and patio doors leading to outside. Kitchen: with an electric oven hob microwave fridge with small freezer compartment and washing machine. Outside: small open patio area. Small sloped garden area with summer house located up 10 steep external steps there is a handrail but extra care will need to be taken by all.
