EXCLUSIVE ECO-LODGE IN CHILTERN HILLS WITH PRIVATE HOT TUB REGRET NO BABIES OR CHILDREN This superb detached lodge nestles within a small complex of 5 lodges is situated on the private estate of the owner s family farm and offers a truly unique experience whilst paying attention to the environment. Providing a peaceful location away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Although feeling very rural you are never far away from civilisation being on the outskirts of a small village boasting a great pub with small shop. Guests will find themselves 2 miles from the market town of Wallingford the home of Agatha Christie and Midsomer Murders. A haven for walkers makes this an ideal destination all year round. For those looking to explore the historic and literary city of Oxford the honey coloured stone villages of the Cotswolds and the striking walks of the Ridgeway Trail are all nearby. Henley on Thames with its 5 arched bridge and historic buildings is worth a look and Blenheim Palace offers regular special events. Other days out include Cotswold Wildlife Park and the Swindon Outlet Designer Mall. Leisure facilities: 24 hour heated hot tub; fresh towelling robes and slippers provided. The south-facing lodge offers ONE bedroom: with king-size bed and en-suite wet room shower with WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: open-plan with iPod dock and woodburner. Kitchenette area with double hob and fridge/freezer. Outside: private veranda with hot tub garden furniture and BBQ/Chiminea. For 2014 a communal hub situated a short stroll from the lodge provides a large seating area where you can enjoy amazing sunsets relax overlooking the lake partake in a spot of bird or wildlife watching (binoculars provided) or enjoy the peace and tranquillity. Amenities: ample secure parking away from the lodge. Bed linen towels heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no pets. Additional info: please note there is no TV in the property. Pedestrian access only to the lodges but luggage will be transported to and from your lodge. Regret no babies or children. Location: pub and shop 1 mile (a 20 minute walk).
