The owner s property is attached to a wing of the house yet guests privacy is assured. Within a short distance from the North Devon Link road you have an ideal touring base for the entire region. The fine sandy estuary beach at Instow is easily accessible via a short scenic drive or enjoyable level walk or cycle on the Tarka Trail. Westward Ho! has 2 miles of golden sands great for surfers and sandcastle makers. Other beaches nearby include Croyde Saunton and Woolacombe. The historical town centre of Barnstaple offers many amenities including an indoor swimming pool theatre cinema and wide range of shops pubs and restaurants all within a short drive. Slightly further afield the foothills of Exmoor offers superb walking and wonderful scenery. Leisure facilities: 9 person hot tub outside. Games room: with bar pool table and wall mounted TV.
