REGRET NO CHILDREN UNDER 2YRS FIRST-FLOOR APARTMENT WITH EXCLUSIVE USE OF INDOOR HEATED SWIMMING POOL SLEEPS 2 2 This delightful apartment is situated adjacent to the owner s impressive home in the very small but pretty village of Oakhill. Ideally positioned to visit the golden city of Bath where visitors have been coming for over 2 000 years. Designated by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site Bath presents some of the finest architectural sights in Europe such as the Roman Baths and Pump Room the Royal Crescent Pulteney Bridge and the Circus. For those who like to be pampered why not enjoy a day of relaxation at the new Thermae Spa situated in the centre of the city and bathe in the warm waters. Other interesting places to visit include the cathedral city of Wells 7 miles away and Glastonbury with its famous Tor. Shoppers can enjoy a variety of shops at Street 16 miles away and the traditional seaside town of Weston-Super-Mare is about 1 hours drive. For those wishing to stay closer to home the apartment offers something for everyone. Leisure facilities: indoor swimming pool with poolside loungers and garden furniture (please note the pool is not heated during January and until 14th February 2015). Patio doors separate the apartment from the downstairs pool area but there is a small carpeted balcony overlooking the pool (young children please take care). First-floor accommodation accessed via the pool area and an open-tread wooden staircase offers TWO bedrooms: 1 5 double with large velux windows with blinds and en-suite shower room with WC. 1 twin room with TV iPod dock/clock/radio (please note guests using this room will need to share the double rooms en-suite facilities). Lounge/diner: open-plan area which separates the two bedrooms with Freeview TV/DVD hi-fi comfy sofa and additional chairs. Kitchen: area with electric cooker and hob fridge with small freezer section dishwasher and washing machine. Tumble dryer on balcony overlooking the pool. Outside: patio doors lead out to a small patio with garden furniture and BBQ. Wooden gate leads out to driveway with ample parking. Amenities: bed linen electric wi-fi and central heating included. No smoking in the property and regret no pets. Location: pub in village 0.5 mile. Shops at Wells 7 miles. Beach at Weston-Super-Mare 1 hours drive.
