FISHERMAN S COTTAGE ON THE WATERFRONT IN APPLEDORE Family owned for 75 years and positioned on the river side of Irsha Street this former fisherman s cottage looks out over the estuary where at high tide you can try your hand at fishing over the sea wall or enjoy watching the boats go by. Appledore s busy quayside has a variety of fishing and boat trips. Take a short drive over to Instow and wander along the beach or relax in the sand dunes or potter around Appledore s quaint streets taking the time to enjoy a bite to eat and a drink or two in the many pubs and restaurants in the village. Westward Ho! with 3 miles of golden sands is less than a 5 minute drive and also close by are a variety of popular attractions including Clovelly The Big Sheep The Milky Way and Tapeley House and Gardens to name but a few. The homely accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double and 1 twin with views over the estuary. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Lounge: downstairs with gas fire flatscreen TV Freeview and DVD.
