LOVELY VIEWS OVER COUNTRYSIDE TO THE SEA BEYOND This spacious detached elevated bungalow with far reaching views over Bideford Bay and the Bristol Channel and towards Lundy Island is situated in a delightful small holding surrounded by fields and is less than 1 mile to the villages of Appledore and Northam. An ideal position for exploring North Devon there are some lovely walks immediately from the property to Northam Burrows and the two miles of golden sandy beach at Westward Ho! Appledore is a traditional fishing village steeped in nautical history and has a Maritime Museum bustling quayside shops pubs and restaurants. There is much to see and do in the area with attractions to suit all tastes which include The Big Sheep The Milky Way Watermouth Castle The Oldenburg for day trips to Lundy Island and much more. In the evenings enjoy some stunning sunsets and views over the coastline and Lundy Island from the enclosed patio area with seating. The accommodation reached via external intermittent steps on a gentle rise offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double and 1 twin. Bathroom: bath and separate shower cubicle with WC. Lounge: spacious with TV DVD and patio doors to patio. Kitchen/diner: modern and very well-equipped with cooker dishwasher washing machine fridge/freezer and microwave.
