The cottage has its own secluded gardens and is walking distance from the village with its 1 pub Post Office and shop. The historic town of Barnstaple with its shops and leisure centre is 5 minutes away and you will also be within a short car journey of the many attractions in the area which include Exmoor Cobbaton Combat Museum Watermouth Castle Quince Honey Farm as well as the many sandy family beaches. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double and 1 bunk room. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: with TV Freeview DVD and hi-fi.
