IDYLLIC FARMYARD COTTAGE ON WORKING CATTLE FARM CLOSE TO TAMAR FISHING LAKES This delightful cottage attached to the main farmhouse has been thoughtfully renovated to provide comfortable and well-equipped accommodation whilst retaining much of its original character and charm and is set in the beautiful Devonshire countryside. If you wish to explore the surrounding area you are positioned a short drive away from the Cornish border where you can discover all of the delights of the North Cornish coastline with its many popular beaches and sheltered coves. Leisure facilities: comes complete with fishing rights for the river Tamar that can be found two fields away weekly permit must be obtained. Farm activities: guests are welcome (with the permission of the owners) to visit the working cattle farm and meet the resident animals including horses cows chickens and sheep that inhabit this idyllic location. Also watch the new robotic milking machine. Play facilities: large shared play area with trampoline close to property where children are free to play in a safe environment whilst enjoying the countryside air. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double and 1 bunk. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Lounge: with TV DVD and Freeview. Kitchen/diner: with ceramic hob electric oven fridge freezer dishwasher microwave and washing machine (with additional cost payable locally to owner). Outside: shared garden area. BBQ available on request. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen towels electric central heating and wi-fi included. Regret no smoking or pets in the property. Location: pub and shop 2 miles beach 8 miles. Arrival: 3pm.
