These cottages sit at the top of the Sterridge Valley on the edge of Exmoor National Park and offer plenty of space to unwind and facilities to enjoy for all ages. Set within the North Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty a short journey to the local village of Combe Martin which boasts a highly recommended 17th century inn Post Office bakery and a few small grocery shops and the pretty village of Berrynarbor. A 20 minute drive brings you to the golden sandy beaches of Croyde Saunton Putsborough and Woolacombe that boast some of the best surf in the South West. Other attractions in the area include The Big Sheep Dartington Crystal Milky Way Amusement Park glass factory and Combe Martin Wildlife Park. Farm activities: guests are welcome to explore the 18 acres of land and meet the resident donkeys pigs and ponies with free pony rides for young children. Sheep and cows also graze the surrounding meadows of the farm. Leisure facilities: outdoor covered swimming pool (the pool is only open Easter-October inclusive) with sun loungers and seating. Games/play facilities: large children s play area with a tree house toys and a trampoline. Indoor games room with table tennis pool table and table football. There are 18 acres of manicured gardens and paddocks making the site a real country retreat ideal for group games. Outside: shared spacious lawned area with outdoor seating. Amenities: ample on-site parking. Bed linen and electric included. Towels for hire. Wi-fi available. Regret no smoking. 2 well-behaved dogs welcome. Location: beach at Combe Martin shop and pub 3 miles Berrynarbor village post office and pub 2 miles. Arrival: 4pm. The accommodation is a well presented cottage offering TWO bedrooms: on the ground floor 1 double with en-suite bath and WC and 1 twin with en-suite shower and WC. Lounge: on the first floor open-plan with TV and DVD. Kitchen: well-equipped with cooker fridge microwave and washer/dryer. Amenities: electric heaters.
