QUAINT SEMI-DETACHED COTTAGE A SHORT DRIVE FROM PADSTOW This quaint semi-detached cottage has a real home away from home feel situated within a development of old miner s style cottages in the hamlet of Edmonton. Developed around the well regarded local pub also recognised in the Best Country Pub awards it has built a good reputation for serving local produce and ales along with offering free wi-fi they will even deliver to your front door if you fancy a quiet night in. A short walk from the Cornwall County Show ground that hosts numerous events throughout the year from the Royal County Show to horse racing and touring circus s from around the world. The extremely popular destination of Padstow is a 10 minute drive from your door renowned for its selection of fish restaurants a picturesque harbour and the celebrity chef Rick Stein a must when venturing to this part of the world. Also 6 miles from your door is the area known as Seven Bays for Seven Days where you can literally have a different beach to enjoy each day. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: both reached via cottage style stairs 1 double with TV Freeview estuary and sea glimpses and 1 twin. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: on the ground floor with cosy woodburner flatscreen TV Freeview DVD selection of books and board games. Kitchen area with integrated oven and hob microwave fridge/freezer and washing machine. Outside: the property is reached via a shared courtyard and to the rear is a shared enclosed garden with private seating and arbour. Amenities: off-road parking available in shared car park.
