1 OF 2 PEACEFUL FARM COTTAGES OVERLOOKING SPECTACULAR PLANTSMAN S GARDEN The farm offers 2 self contained cottages renovated from an old Laithe House circa 1700. The family lived in one end of the Laithe House and housed their animals in the other end and it was still used in this manner until the 1920 s. Each cottage opens onto its own patio overlooking the farm s garden of choice shrubs trees bulbs and perennials where there is something to enjoy every day of the year or wander at leisure around our 1 acre arboretum. The 11 acre smallholding is situated on the edge of the village of Lanjeth in a secluded location with plenty of wild birds and animals a most perfect place to relax. Lanjeth is at the heart of Cornwall close to the south coast and ideally situated to explore all aspects of this beautiful county. The Eden Project The Lost Gardens of Heligan and Trewithen Gardens are within 7 miles distance and other famous houses and gardens and National Trust properties are easily reached as are picturesque fishing villages. Stabling: DIY livery available. Amenities: each cottage benefits from ample parking. Bed linen towels electric central heating and wi-fi included. 1 well behaved dog welcome further by arrangement. Kennels available if required. Regret no smoking. Additional info: play golf frisbee in the arboretum. Storeage for bikes available. Location: beach 6 miles shop and pub 1 mile. The accommodation has open beams and offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double and 1 single. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Separate downstairs WC. Lounge/diner: with TV Freeview DVD and woodburner effect electric fire. Kitchen: with cooker fridge with freezer compartment dishwasher microwave and washer/dryer. Outside: own enclosed patio area with seating.
