IDEAL LOCATION FOR TOURING THE WHOLE OF THE SOUTH WEST Peacefully situated in the small pretty village of Isle Brewers this conversion has been skilfully converted to a high standard and is attached to the owner s Grade II listed thatched cottage. It is easily accessible which makes it an ideal location for touring the whole of the South West with Clarks Village Wells Glastonbury Ilminster (6 miles) and Taunton (8 miles) within easy reach. The excellent beaches of West Bay and Lyme Regis are a 30 minute drive and the popular Somerset beaches of Burnham-on-Sea and Weston-Super-Mare are a 40 minute drive. You will have a vast choice of walks to be found virtually on the doorstep or cycle routes fishing (owner has rights nearby permits available at extra charge) and bird watching to choose from. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double with en-suite shower and WC downstairs and 1 twin with en-suite shower over bath and WC on the first floor . Downstairs cloakroom with WC. Lounge/diner: with electric fire TV and DVD. Kitchen: with cooker microwave fridge with ice compartment washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside: enclosed decking area with seating and BBQ.
