There are a wealth of breathtaking coastlines just a short drive away (by road the popular coastal town of Bude being 13 miles from the property) as well as many other beaches and attractions to suit all tastes which include Tamar Lakes Clovelly RHS Rosemoor The Milky Way Adventure Park and The Big Sheep. Slightly further afield but still within about an hour s drive are the North Devon market town of Barnstaple Dartmoor National Park historic Tintagel and Bodmin Moor making this property an ideal base for exploring some of the highlights of Devon and Cornwall. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen towels electric central heating and wi-fi included. Regret no smoking. Location: pub and shop 2 miles beach 10 miles. This charming converted barn offers TWO bedrooms: located on the first-floor 1 twin with en-suite bathroom and WC and 1 king located on the ground-floor with en-suite walk-in shower and WC. Shower room: located downstairs with shower and WC. Lounge/diner: with double sofa bed patio doors woodburner (first basket of logs included) flatscreen TV DVD recording HD box and PlayStation2 with a collection of games. Kitchen: with electric oven with hob dishwasher fridge/freezer and microwave. Utility: with washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside: enclosed patio with seating you are also welcome to explore the land. 2 well-behaved dogs welcome (please ensure kept on a lead when on-site and outside of the enclosed patio as the owners keep chickens sheep and resident rabbit).
