Perfect for couples and families alike the cosy accommodation makes a perfect retreat after a tiring day of exploring the stunning surroundings. Nestled within the heart of the Rame Peninsula this secluded and unspoilt area of South Cornwall boasts a dramatic 4 mile stretch of coastline scattered with isolated coves and quaint fishing villages. Whitsand Beach is a stone s throw with a number of other beaches within a 10 minute drive. 15 minutes on the Cremyll foot ferry brings you to Plymouth with a range of shops restaurants and bars. Attractions nearby include Mount Edgcumbe and the fishing villages of Cawsand and Kingsand. Leisure facilities: guests have access to the swimming pool located at Whitsand Bay Holiday Park at the top of the cliff for a small additional charge. The accommodation has been finished to a high standard and offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double and 1 twin. Shower room: with WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: open-plan with Smart TV DVD Blu-Ray iPod dock and woodburner (logs included). Dining area: with French doors out to garden and decked area. Kitchen: modern and well-equipped with built-in electric oven gas hob fridge with ice compartment (separate freezer located in shed outside) microwave and dishwasher. Outside: enclosed garden with decked area with seating sunbeds and shower area ideal for washing down wetsuits and surfboards. Amenities: roadside parking at the top of the cliff (please note that there is no vehicle access down to the property). Bed linen towels electric central heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. Regret no pets. Additional info: the property is accessed on foot via a scenic cliff-top pathway which descends from the road down to the property with no vehicle access. As such it is not suitable for those with limited mobility or the elderly. Location: Whitsand beach within walking distance and accessed via the cliff pathway which is steep with a number of steps down. Pub shop and café within walking distance.
