The property enjoys a high degree of privacy and has direct access from the garden to the coastal path and foreshore. A 5 minute walk will take you to the attractive little village of Appledore which offers all the old world charm of a fishing village as well as a variety of cafes restaurants pubs charming shops and art galleries. The seaside resort of Westward Ho! is a 5 minute drive with its sandy beach and adjoining championship golf course. Away from the coast is the rugged beauty of Exmoor and Dartmoor National Parks famous for their wildlife hidden valleys and charming villages. There is also Clovelly which is well worth a visit with its steep stepped cobbled streets that lead down to a pretty harbour. This is the ideal location for a relaxing rural holiday and the property is perfect as it has space for everyone to relax and enjoy.
