150 YARDS FROM MINEHEAD S SAFE SANDY BEACH Minehead is one of Somerset s best-loved coastal resorts nestling between Exmoor and the sea. A spacious individually designed property situated minutes away from Minehead s seafront with its shops pubs restaurants harbour fishing coastal boat trips and Somerset World. You will be a short drive to a host of beaches and attractions and lovely locations such as Exmoor National Park Wimbleball Reservoir with its boating and fishing West Somerset Steam Railway (which is within walking distance) Dunster Castle and many National Trust properties. Good walks are to be found virtually on the doorstep along with cycle hire and good cycling routes. Golf horse riding and fishing can all be accessed locally. The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: one with views of Exmoor and two with glimpses of the sea 1 double with dressing room and en-suite shower and WC another double and 1 twin bedroom. Bathroom: with hand-held shower attachment over bath and WC. Downstairs cloakroom and WC. Lounge: with TV electric fire and french doors. Cosy second living room. Kitchen/diner: with gas hob electric oven microwave oven fridge/freezer dishwasher and washing machine. Outside: french doors open from the kitchen/diner onto a private enclosed sun-trap courtyard that offers outside seating but is not suitable for ball games. Amenities: parking for 1 medium car in garage and 1 medium car on the drive. Bed linen electric central heating and wi-fi included. Please bring your own towels and tea towels. Regret no smoking or pets. Location: beach shops and pubs walking distance.
