The River Fowey runs in front of the property and winds its way to the beautiful South Cornwall. The main line station in the town is ideal for those who do not drive or who wish to travel by train as you can hop on and off easily; London to Penzance without any fuss. A short stroll takes you to the best restaurants and pubs in town and also close to the river for those who want to try kayaking fishing or swimming. The golf course is only a 5 minute drive and there are great walks around Restormel Castle or the Lanhydrock Estate. Other attractions worth a look include The Eden Project The Lost Gardens of Heligan Tall Ships at Charlestown Tate Gallery at St Ives and much more. Games room: with multi games table and dartboard.
