It is surrounded by glorious countryside and has two deep unfenced ponds. A 20 minute walk along riverside footpaths takes you to the market town of Wymondham for shops restaurants pubs a fine abbey and a leisure centre with swimming pool. Nearby there are privately owned fishing lakes at Barford with day tickets available. The quieter seaside resorts of Southwold and Aldeburgh can be reached within an hour or the famous Broads for day boat hire are within easy reach as is the fine city of Norwich with theatres a castle museums and a cathedral. The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: upstairs 1 double with en-suite WC and 1 further double and downstairs 1 twin which can be presented as a double on request. Bathroom: with shower. Lounge/diner: attractive room with TV DVD woodburner and french doors to the patio. Kitchen: with washer/dryer fridge.freezer and microwave. Outside: garden and patio with seating and BBQ.
