4 Melinda Cottages is a charming fisherman's cottage that has been totally refurbished to a high standard, it is tucked away in a quiet position in this popular sea side village and is only a few minutes walk to the beach, ideal for a family holiday

East Runton lies on the A149 coast road between the resorts of Sheringham and Cromer. A steepish lane leads down to the beach where at low tide there is a wide expanse of flat sand perfect for sandcastles or ball games. The beach is backed by high cliffs and there are paths into Cromer or the neighbouring village of West Runton. Away from the coast is a cluster of traditional brick and flint cottages, and an attractive green and duck pond. The village is well placed for exploring the area but if you wish to remain closer to home there are several small shops, two pubs and a restaurant serving meals

It is tucked away in a quiet loke in the centre of the village and has the advantage of having parking and a garden, all within a 250 yard walk of the beach making this an ideal property for a family holiday Shop/Pub: 100 yards

Parking: One vehicle in loke at front of property. Narrow access to property.
Heating: G.F.C.H.
Also Provided: Towels. Portable CD/radio and books.
Pets: Two dogs are welcome.
Notes: There is a right away for neighbouring properties across the rear of the property. Straight steep flight of stairs.
