STUNNING PERIOD PROPERTY IN PRETTY COUNTRYSIDE CLOSE TO THE HELFORD RIVER This traditional Cornish cottage has been lovingly renovated to the highest of standards yet retains all of its original charm. Within easy reach of a number of attractions and activities to suit all tastes and ages. With an enviable coastline close by you will be able to visit numerous sandy beaches or take a stroll along one of the many beautiful coastal walks which all offer spectacular sea views. There are many quaint fishing villages to explore or the larger town of Falmouth with its marina shops galleries museums and restaurants. Slightly further afield is St Ives which is known for its Tate Gallery and boutique shops or alternatively The Eden Project Lands End and the Lost Gardens of Heligan. In the evenings relax in the lovely garden with a glass of wine or enjoy dinner in the highly acclaimed local pub. The accommodation offers FOUR bedrooms: 1 king-size 1 twin and 1 bunk bedroom with built-in top bunk and pretty single sleigh bed underneath. 1 further double downstairs with door to patio area outside. Bathroom: with roll-top bath with antique style mixer taps with shower attachment and WC. Shower room: wet-room style located on the ground floor with WC. Lounge: cosy cottage style room with leather sofas woodburner TV/DVD selected Sky channels and variety of books and games. Dining room: light and airy room with original slate floor woodburner TV and seating for 8. Kitchen: with AGA small microwave size convection oven and grill with two hob plates large fridge/freezer dishwasher and Belfast sink. Utility area: adjacent to kitchen with washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside: beautiful enclosed cottage style garden with landscaped sections and patio area with seating and BBQ. Amenities: private off-road parking for 2 cars. Bed linen electric and central heating included. Towels available for hire. Regret no smoking. 2 well-behaved dogs welcome dogs are not allowed upstairs. Location: beach 5 miles shops 2 miles and renowned pub opposite. Arrival: 4pm.
