Centrally positioned for many beaches with the closest being the sandy tidal beach of Tregardock which is 0.5 miles away and can be reached easily over a couple of fields but beware as it is downhill on the way but a steep walk back up. The property is set 1.5 miles away from the small village of Delabole which hosts a couple of pubs and a few small shops along with all year attractions such as The Eden Project Lost Gardens of Heligan Rick Steins famous seafood restaurant at Rock all within easy reach.
