Situated a few minutes drive from the nearby village of Wembury the properties are perfectly positioned for offering the best of both worlds. With fantastic coastal walks from Wembury Beach along the South West Coast Path to the former HMS Cambridge you ll see an array of wildlife and spectacular sea views. Wembury Marine Centre is a great place to learn about the wildlife in the area and offers rockpool rambles. Further afield is the village of Newton Ferrers with its vibrant harbour you can enjoy a drink and watch the boats sail by. There are also a wealth of trips and activities nearby including National Trust properties Woodlands Adventure Park and the historic Burgh Island reached via the sea tractor when the tide is in.
