The cottage has two king-size double bedrooms, one double bedroom, two twin bedrooms, one second floor double bedroom, one second floor twin bedroom, two shower rooms, a bathroom, a separate basin and WC, a second floor bathroom, a ground floor basin and WC, a fitted kitchen with breakfast area (seats 8), a utility, a boot room, a dining room with an open fire, a sitting room with a woodburner, a large hall with a woodburner and comfy seating and a second floor sitting area. Outside there is off road parking for six cars, secure cycle storage and large enclosed gardens of about 1.5 acres with patio areas with furniture and large lawned areas with woodland and a brook. Brooklands is a fantastic base for your family holiday.
