Broomfield Description
This barn conversion cottage is just outside the village of Great Ayton near Guisborough on the edge of the North Yorks Moors National Park and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.
Broomfield is a cottage that has been lovingly converted from an old barn near to the North Yorks Moors village of Great Ayton, near to the market town of Guisborough. The cottage contains three bedrooms consisting of two doubles and one twin which with the addition of a wet room style bathroom make it suitable for six people. The rest of the accommodation is made up of a fitted kitchen and a sitting room with a dining area. To the outside of the cottage are a communal courtyard with outdoor furniture and BBQ and shared use of a three acre field, as well as off road parking for three cars. With its two neighbouring cottages, Broomfield can accommodate up to twelve people, making this a fabulous cottage for a large family to use as a base for exploring this wonderful region.
