This stone-built, semi-detached cottage is set on the outskirts of the village of Newbiggin-on-Lune in Cumbria and sleeps ten people in five bedrooms.
Brownber House is a stone-built cottage, attached to the owners' annexe home, 0.5 miles from the rural village of Newbiggin-on-Lune, 6 miles from Kirkby Stephen in Cumbria. This cottage sleeps ten people in five bedrooms, consisting of one king-size double and one double room, both of which have an en-suite shower room, two twin rooms and a single with pull-out stacker bed, as well as a bathroom and separate WC. The cottage also has a kitchen with breakfast table, leading to a dining room with open fire and double sofa bed and a sitting room with woodburning stove. Outside there is ample off road parking, a small front gravel garden and a spacious, enclosed rear garden and woodland with furniture. Brownber House is an ideal base for walks, cycle rides, fishing and birdwatching.
