The park is five miles from the Georgian market town of Holt, nine miles from Blakeney, Cley and the North Norfolk coast, and ten miles from Cromer. Holkham Hall, with its stately home and deer park is some fourteen miles away, and Pensthorpe Nature Reserve, near Fakenham, is seven miles. Blickling Hall, near Aylsham and Felbrigg Hall, near Sheringham, are also within easy driving distance.
