A well presented large modern family home located in a quiet cul de sac just a short walk from the village centre.
Quietly located at the end of a residential cul-de-sac in the heart of Croyde, Embleton is a large detached modern home providing comfortable accommodation for the larger family. The attractive living room has a door through to the kitchen/breakfast room and patio doors to the rear garden, together with a utility room. All four bedrooms and family bathroom are on the first floor and the double has an en suite. It is within a ten minute stroll to the pathway that leads down to Croyde beach, and within a short walk you will find a selection of pubs, shops and restaurants providing a good variety of menus. An enclosed south facing level and lawned garden offers a perfect retreat at the end of the day and is ideal for al fresco dining.
