Eva's Cottage is ideal for family holidays being close to the coast, or for walkers and birdwatchers, being close to the Sandringham Estate, and the RSPB reserve at Snettisham

Dersingham nestles in the embrace of the Royal Estate of Sandringham and is surrounded by beautiful countryside and woodland. There are many fine examples of the local carstone and flint architecture to be found within this thriving village which is rich in history. A good choice of local beaches, the nearest at Snettisham is only two miles away, with the coastal resorts of North and West Norfolk readily accessible. The area offers good walking and cycling opportunities and if ornithology is a passion then Dersingham boasts its own English Nature Reserve, with Holme - Norfolk Wildlife Trust, Titchwell and Snettisham - RSPB reserves a short distance away. The village has a wide variety of local shops and pubs, which serve food.

Eva's Cottage is a charming 300 year old carstone end of terrace property with some feature stained glass windows. It is set back from the road with pretty gardens to the front and rear. The cottage is comfortable and deceptively spacious, with very versatile accommodation, making it an ideal base for family holidays close to the Norfolk coast and the Royal Sandringham Estate.
