Harbour Heights is a superb ground floor apartment sitting in an elevated position and enjoying extensive views over the picturesque harbour, Hillsborough, Lantern Hill and out to sea as far as the distant Welsh Coast. Recently renovated to a high standard the modern day contemporary style blends beautifully with the charm and elegance of this lovely Victorian Terrace. In a popular open plan style the spacious living / dining area has huge windows to enjoy the wonderful view. Comfy leather sofas complement the oak style flooring and high gloss modern kitchen which is extremely well equipped with everything you could need. The two bedrooms are stylishly presented and share a pristine modern shower room. Being on the ground floor has the advantage of a small rear courtyard and an allocated parking space is available directly in front.
