Lowarth Description
Decorated and furnished to a very high standard, this property provides luxurious and spacious living arranged on one floor and forms part of eight architecturally designed eco properties based within The Eco Village. Lowarth is detached and uses sustainable, natural materials and timbers along with solar panels to provide excellent insulation whilst taking care of the planet.
On entering the property, on one side there is a light and airy lounge/ kitchen/ diner with wood burner and French windows which open onto the lawned area outside. The dining area sits adjacent to the well equipped and modern fitted kitchen and the open plan design makes Lowarth perfect for families and group gatherings.
On the other side of the hallway, the property provides three bedrooms. The first room to one side provides a twin bedroom with standard size twin beds and opposite is a double bedroom. The hallway leads down to a separate bathroom with bath and held shower and WC. At the end of the corridor is a king size bedroom (5ft) with en-suite shower room and WC.
To the front of the property is a small decked area leading to a sheltered and lawned side garden with seating and also a front grassy garden. Lowarth provides one parking space close to the property with additional parking on site. The property is accessed via four steps and a slight incline from the parking area
