A fabulous detached holiday home just a short stroll from the beach and with some distant sea views. The spacious open plan design is perfect for larger family groups and the private rear garden is a wonderful spot to enjoy leisurely meals outdoors.

This fabulous detached bungalow is just a short stroll from the golden surf washed sands of Croyde Bay and "picture postcard" village centre. Perfect for larger family groups, the spacious open plan design is light, bright and welcoming and the large picture windows allow lovely distant sea views to be enjoyed to the full. Furnished in a contemporary style, with separate dining and sitting areas, Ocean Sands is a real home from home and will soon become a firm favourite. Sofas flank an open fire with slate hearth, perfect for cooler evenings or cosy winter breaks, and the modern fitted kitchen area is extremely well equipped. There are four stylishly presented bedrooms. The master double room, with king size bed, features an ensuite shower room. A second triple aspect double room has its own French door opening on to the garden, ideal for "two family" holidays, and bedroom three is a twin room. Bedroom four is a twin with bunk style beds and these three rooms are served by a pristine family bathroom. The very private sunny rear garden with lawns and patio area is fully enclosed and a wonderful spot to enjoy leisurely barbecues or just relax and unwind. Guests are welcome to use the garage for storage of surfboards and cycles and there is ample parking for two cars on the double width driveway. Set in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with wonderful sandy beaches, indoor fun pool, miles of coastal walks, cycle tracks, horse riding and golf all nearby, Ocean Sands is the ideal base for a great seaside getaway.
