Rivers Street House, Bath (Visit Britain 4 star) is a unique and characterful town house with so much history that it is hard to believe that it is available for self catering! 200 years old and once an artist's gallery (and before that a sweet shop for the wealthy merchants) the property is an excellent base for enjoying the Bath attractions, restaurants and shops, situated on the end of a traditional Georgian terrace and no more than 5 minutes walk from the centre of Bath. This petite holiday house provides a very good standard of accommodation for people looking to tour the southern Cotswolds as well as the architecture of this World Heritage Site. Internally the property has been modernised to provide fully equipped accommodation spread over three floors. We love this little beauty!!ACCOMMODATIONEntrance into Kitchen/Diner, fully equipped with 4 ring electric hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine/drier and fridge with freezer compartment. Table and two chairs plus window seat.First Floor (narrow winding staircase)Living Room a cosy room with views across the street towards the traditional architecture, with sofa and armchair plus wall mounted TV and DVD player and music system.Second FloorBedroom with standard double bed, wardrobes and bed side tables plus contemporary Ensuite Bathroom with walk in shower, WC and washbasin.Sorry No Pets. Short Breaks available all year around. Any day welcome. Wifi Included. Damages deposit required.Parking Permit for one car available at low price (can be used in central Bath) - £10 for a week, £5 for weekend.
