This lovely terraced cottage sits in one of Appledores most popular locations, with views over the beautiful Taw Estuary and just a short downhill stroll to the quayside with a great choice of pubs and restaurants. The pretty picture-postcard setting of colourful narrow streets lined with flowers, and a myriad of boats bobbing up and down on the estuary provide a fabulous backdrop for memorable holidays, and Scrumpy Cottage is the perfect place to stay. Ideal for families, couples or friends, the warm and welcoming atmosphere will hit you as soon as you walk through the door! The amazingly spacious modern kitchen and separate dining room lead out onto a rear sunny courtyard, fully enclosed and having estuary views. Everyone will enjoy spending time here, especially for leisurely barbecues or relaxing drinks on balmy summer evenings. The cosy and comfortable sitting room sits to the front and a modern family bathroom and separate useful cloakroom complete the ground floor accommodation. Upstairs the stylish double room benefits from an ensuite shower room and the attractive twin enjoys far reaching sea and estuary views. The owners have taken great care to equip this wonderful cottage with everything you could possibly need, catering especially well for families with extras such as a baby pack including a baby monitor, high chair and booster seats, stair gate, Wi-Fi Broadband and a great selection of games and DVDs.
