A spacious first floor apartment with excellent sea views.

Sea Vista is a spacious and comfortable first floor apartment in a wonderful position to enjoy stunning sea views. You can look down upon waves crashing over the rocks below and boats sailing by or watch the oyster catchers, gulls and cormorants who are regular visitors to this coastline; binoculars provided! The attractive living / dining room with bay windows has a splendid view across the Bristol Channel whilst the separate modern breakfast kitchen enjoys an outlook over the town. A useful shower room and small cloakroom are found off the hallway. Upstairs there are three lovely bedrooms, two having sea views and all served by a separate family bathroom. With spectacular coastal walks, a colourful harbour area with an array of shops, pubs and restaurants on the doorstep and a choice of wonderful sandy beaches within easy reach Sea Vista provides a warm and welcoming break at any time of year.

Accommodation: Stairs to First floor: Living/dining room with TV with Freeview and DVD. Kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Utility cupboard with washer/dryer. Shower room with WC and basin. Second floor: Bedroom 1 with Double and TV. Bedroom 2 with Twin. Bedroom 3 with Twin. Bathroom with bath, WC and basin.

Facilities and Services: Linen and towels. Gas CH. No cot is provided, please bring your own travel cot. Reserved parking for 1 car nearby, free of charge. No smoking. Regret no pets. Short breaks available. Arr/Dep for weekly bookings is Saturday.
