In a great location on Summerhouse Path in the stunning village of Lynmouth, this stylish and comfortable ground floor apartment is a real gem. Walking up a slight slope to the front entrance it has the look of a pretty cottage adorned with flower filled tubs and climbing flowers. The delightful spacious living room with sea and village views is light bright and welcoming with comfy sofas and an electric log effect fire to keep you cosy on cooler evenings. The modern and well equipped dining kitchen features a stripped wooden floor and is an ideal spot to gather for family breakfast whilst planning the day ahead. Double French doors open out onto a balcony with partial sea views. From the kitchen a small inner hall gives access to the bedrooms, an attractive spacious double and a second bedroom which has a bunk style bed comprising a double on the bottom and single on the top. From February 2012 this compact room will have a single bed featuring an extra pull out single bed which can be joined together to make a double on request. Both rooms are served by a family bathroom with separate shower cubicle. With a good mix of original character combined with modern styling Seafern has a lovely home from home appeal, and its location within a short stroll of the river, beach, and main village centre is just perfect.

Accommodation: Sloping path up to Ground floor: Hall. Living room with TV with Freeview and DVD, and electric log effect fire. Kitchen / dining room with electric cooker, convection microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washer/ dryer. Bedroom 1 with Double. Bedroom 2 with bunk style triple bed until June 2012, then Single with extra pull out Single which can be joined together to make a Double on request . Bathroom with separate shower cubicle and bath with mixer handset over bath, WC and basin.

Facilities and Services: Linen and towels. Oil CH. A selection of DVDs books and games and iPod connection. Telephone for incoming and emergency calls. No smoking. 2 pets welcome. A parking permit will be provided for local car parks. Short breaks available. Arr/Dep for weekly bookings is Saturday.
