This semi-detached cottage near Launceston sleeps seven people in four bedrooms.
The Barn is a cottage in a group in Polyphant near Launceston. The cottage has ground floor double, ground floor twin, ground floor king-size double with en-suite Jacuzzi bath and a first floor single room. There is also a ground floor bathroom, a first floor kitchen with dining area, and a first floor sitting room. Outside is a shared utility, and a shared conservatory with coffee-making facilities in the spacious grounds. The cottage also has off road parking for two cars. The Barn is well placed to enjoy walking on Bodmin Moor, surfing on the North Cornwall coast, or cycling along the Camel Trail.
