A wing of a converted barn in a lovely rural position near Whitchurch on the North Wales/Shropshire borders, which can sleep four people in two bedrooms.
The Byre is a stylish cottage next to a large nature reserve near Whitchurch, with lovely countryside and varied wildlife on the doorstep. The cottage has a master bedroom on the ground floor, with access to the patio outside, plus a mezzanine level twin with sloping ceiling. There is also a living room, and a fitted kitchen with dining area. Outside, there is off road parking, and an enclosed patio area with grassed space, plus shared use of 4 acres of farmland. From The Byre it is easy to explore Shropshire, Cheshire and North Wales, including Shrewsbury, Ironbridge, Chester and plenty of National Trust properties, making this a lovely location for a relaxing break.
