The cottage also has a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. The living area is open plan with a fitted kitchen, dining area and a sitting area with gas coal-effect fire. Outside there is off road parking for two cars, bike storage and shared patios to the rear with raised beds, a pond, garden furniture and a BBQ. With the market town of Pickering, with its castle, just 3 miles away, The Gelding is a great base for discovering this part of North Yorkshire.
