This three storey former shop has origins dating back to the 1700s, has a pretty interior with ancient beams and provides a comfortable, well-equipped base for touring the Heart of Kent. The village of Lenham offers a good selection of shops including a bakery, butchers, pubs and restaurants and library with Internet access. Lenham Country Market is one of the leading markets in Mid Kent and is held on the village square every 2nd Sunday of the month.The mainline station is 5 minutes walk for trains to London (1.25 hours).
